What Does Skin Like Discharge From The Anus Indicate?

Question: I just had a bowel movement and when I was cleaning myself I could feel that something was hanging out of my anus. I pulled it out and it looked like a 2 foot piece of skin, almost like snake skin. I looked at it more closely and it look like a thin piece of skin. Not sure if intentional worms shed skin; I to take about 2 tbs of meta mucil every day. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is probably caused by meta mucil which binds some food remnants and may cause such long conglomerat to be defecated. This doesn't look like worm or parasite especially if this is not moving. So you should drink plenty of fluids to dissolve and soften your stool and that's it . Wish you good health. Regards
