May start antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Based on your reply and being diabetic, it is my sincere advice to start antibiotic like Augmentin along with Ibuprofen and trypsin/chymotrypsin to reduce pain and swelling. Clean the toe with XXXXXXX warm water and apply beta dine solution.
To help you better please send the picture of toe if possible.
Wishing you good health.
