Brief Answer:
This is migraine
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying. This is typical case of migraine. In this patient complain of pulsating vein in temporal region along with headaches and some time vomiting.
Swelling is mostly dilated veins. Attack of migraine is related with tension, anxiety, sleep deprivation, certain food items or missing meals.
I have following suggestions for you.
1.You need to see a neurologist who can examine you and confirm the diagnosis.
2.Tablet Brufen 400 mg whenever you are having this attack.
3.If you have this pain more than six to seven times per month than you need to take tablet Ciplar/ Sumatriptan for prevention of such episodes.
4.Keep a watch on things which trigger this. I have mentioned few of them. Just try to avoid these factors.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions
thanks

How do you know if you have brain HSV?
Brief Answer:
HSV causes very different symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
HSV is an infection in brain and it causes very different symptoms. Like sudden onset of headache, vomiting, loss of consciousness, weakness, convulsion and power deficit. Some time you may have fever also.
It can be confirmed by MRI and Lumbar puncture examination. Your symptoms are not of HSV so you do not need to be worried about this.
