Question: I DID HSG AND THE RESULT CAME OUT WHICH STATES (THE UTERINE CAVITY IS NORMAL.THE LEFT FALLOPIAN TUBE IS NORMAL WITH PERITONEAL SPILL.THERE IS TUBAL OCCLUSION PROXIMALLY ON THE RIGHT WITH NO CONTRAST FILLING THE MORE DISTAL ASPECT OF THE RIGHT FALLOPIAN TUBE)
THEY SUGGESTED I DO LAPARASCOPY AND SOME OTHER MEDICAL TERMS THEY SAID WHICH I DID THE OPERATION OCT 6 2014.AFTER SURGERY THEY SAID THEY REMOVED ADHENSIONS ON THE LEFT FALLOPIAN TUBES AND UNBLOCKED THE RIGHT FALLOPIAN TUBE,WE HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A BABY AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED YET,PLEASE WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM.THANKS

Even though the tubes are open, the chance of conception in each cycle is only around 10 percent.
I understand that laparoscopy is done and tubes are opened as well as adhesions released. But getting pregnant does take time.
I suggest you undergo regular follicular growth scan which is a simple ultrasound scan to check if eggs are developing well and when exactly to have intercourse for maximum chances of pregnancy.
Since your laparoscopy was done in October, you should give it some more time. If you don't conceive by above methods in next 3 months, please see fertility centre for next step.
Meanwhile get husband's semen analysis done.
