Brief Answer:
Probably small vessels disease of brain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

From your MR description, I think there is focal ischemia from cerebral small vessels disease. Causes of it may be chronic elevated blood pressure, vasculitis, amyloid vessels disease etc. I suggest you to consult a Neurologist and discuss above mentioned possibilities and further testing in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Hope this helps. If you have further questions feel free to ask.

Brief Answer:
Depend of causing condition.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for asking again. Is it dangerous or not, this has to be seen after correct diagnosis. There are conditions that may be serious, in the other hand there are conditions that need only periodic follow up. In my opinion you need and a cardiac status check up ( to exclude art this). Hope this helps.
