What Does The Brain MRI Report Indicate?

Trying to understand all this? Can you offer any advice what I should do and who to seek treatment from?
Your vision problems does not seem to be directly related to injury.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic
I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.
I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having blurred vision following a injury. The MRI reports are normal and these can be because of age related changes in the brain. No need to be worried about it.
You need to consult your ophthalmologist for simple tests like vision testing, refraction testing, examination of the eye including examination of the posterior segment of the eye involving retina ans optic nerve.
The injury does not seem to be related with your vision related problems.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and do get back to me with the examination reports.
Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you
