I'm allergic to soy, all seafood and every statin I have been prescribed. I am also allergic to TruHeary because of the soy. I can not take any form of fish oil etc. what can I do?

Try severe life style modification for 3 months.
Include lots of fibers in your diet.
Strenuous exercise should be done daily for at least ~45 minutes.
30 minutes of brisk walking to be done daily.
Avoid all fatty and fried foods.
No butter, egg yolk or dairy products.
Eat lot of salad and fresh vegetable in your diet.
Take Red wine 30ml twice a week.
Follow this for 3 months at least.
Niacin or vitamin B3 and Co enzyme Q 10 should be taken daily for 3 months.
Omega 3 fatty acid substitutes to be included in diet.
(doses to be prescribed by cardiologist)
Repeat the lipid profile after 3 months.
