I would like to know few details to opine on the reports.

Why was the test done, What were the symptoms and since when ?
Does she have joint pains, abdomen pain recurrent fever ?
Was she tested for jaundice ?
Is there any ultrasound scan of the abdomen done? If yes, please share the report.

CBC was done as routine examination to check Hb level, no other signs n symptoms or positive pathology reports.

Hi,

Thanks for the information.

Based on the reports I suspect her to be suffering from Iron deficiency anemia. I would recommend another test called Iron profile which estimates levels of iron in blood and confirm the diagnosis.

Once the diagnosis is confirmed, she has to be started with iron supplements.
