Brief Answer:
It suggest iron deficiency anemia.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Anisopoikilocytosis, hypochromia, microcytic rbc, tear drop cells, low mch and mchc all features suggest hypochromic microcytic anemia due to iron deficiency.
You should check your serum iron level. If it low then you should take iron supplements like ferrous sulphate or ferrous fumarate.
You should take iron rich food like dates, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, jeggary etc.
Consult your doctor and start treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.

Thank you for the reply doctor. I would also like to know about the high value of ESR, what does that indicate? Also, is this a serious condition indicating some other underlying problem? Do I need to get some other tests? or can this be easily taken care of, with iron supplements and a proper diet?
Brief Answer:
Your high esr is due to anemia.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I can understand your concern.
There are many causes of high esr like infection, anemia, tuberculosis, autoimmune disease, paraprotienemia, malignancies etc.
But your esr is only slightly high and most probably it is due to anemia. So you should not worry about that. Just be relaxed. Just take treatment of your anemia. Repeat your hemoglobin and esr after 6 to 8 weeks. No any extra treatment is required for esr.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
