Brief Answer:
First degree AV block is not dangerous

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

First degree AV block is not dangerous especially if PR interval in less than 250 mec.
You take metoprolol which can lengthen PR interval in ECG, (AV block) , so you need to have an ECG from time to time to see if there is no worsening in AV conduction. There are many patients who have stable first degree AV block for years without any consequences. So don't worry, just have your regular follow up visits to your cardiologist.

Take care
