
What Does The Following HIV Test Report Indicate?

I am writing these email because these days I am very much stressed and not able to live because of fear of deadly diseases
I have my last exposure in XXXXXXX 2014 after that I have performed HIV test.
25th July 2014- FOURTH GENERATION TEST AND HIV -1 RNA AND HIV 2 RT PCR
13th Sep 2014 - HIV ANTOBODY TEST
22ND SEP -HIV ANTIBODY TEST
30TH SEP -HIV ANTIBODY TEST
10TH OCTOBER -4TH GENERATION TEST
30TH OCTOBER -FOURTH GENERATION TEST AND HIV -1 RNA AND HIV 2 RT PCR.
Also I have done cd4 count
CD4 count -626
CD8 count -973
CD4 percentage - 27%
CD% -41.56
CD4/C8-0.64
All Tests are negative. But these periods i have following symptoms
1 Mouth ulcers
2 Seborraic dermattis
3 Weight loss of 4 kg
During these period I have taken following medicines
1 Diflucan
2 Antifungal
3 Antibiotics
4 Daflon
Whether these medicines effects hiv results?

Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
As earlier explained by me and other colleagues you are negative for HIV.Allay all fears.
You are getting stressed, tensed and worried unnecessarily.
Please consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible for counselling and to come out of this stressful situations.
The drugs mentioned do not affect the HIV test results .Also repeatedly different type of tests cannot come negative.All symptoms can be due to anxiety and self created stress.
So you forget the episode, have protein rich balanced diet. Consult psychiatrist.

Doxylag I.e doxycycline does not alter the test results.
