What Does The Following HIV Test Results Indicate?

Question: Dear Docter,

I am writing these email because these days I am very much stressed and not able to live because of fear of deadly diseases

I have my last exposure in XXXXXXX 2014 after that I have performed HIV test.

25th July 2014- FOURTH GENERATION TEST AND HIV -1 RNA AND HIV 2 RT PCR
13th Sep 2014 - HIV ANTOBODY TEST
22ND SEP -HIV ANTIBODY TEST
30TH SEP -HIV ANTIBODY TEST
10TH OCTOBER -4TH GENERATION TEST
30TH OCTOBER -FOURTH GENERATION TEST AND HIV -1 RNA AND HIV 2 RT PCR.

Also I have done cd4 count

CD4 count -626
CD8 count -973
CD4 percentage - 27%
CD% -41.56
CD4/C8-0.64

All Tests are negative. But these periods i have following symptoms
1 Mouth ulcers
2 Seborraic dermattis
3 Weight loss of 4 kg

I live in UAE. I have to go for Medical visa renewal. Please advise. your help is required

During one of blood test there is one incident when sister taking my blood I have found blood on sister nail.before my sample has taken hiv positive person sample taken 20 minutes earlier .sister has used new needle.is there any chance blood on his nail touches needle and enter my body

Hi there.
These are semantics XXXXXXX but the chances are slim or remote at best ...even less remote than the 0.03% for needle stick injuries. Besides, the HIV virus does not last outside (like most viruses) the body environment & 20 minutes will kill it.
Trust this allays your anxiety.
Go do the blood test & you will thank me after that.

I do believe you are grasping at straws here. This question has already been answered by a colleague earlier & I agree with his opinions.
Please Relax...just stress has been known to lower the CD4/CD* counts & alter ratios. It may even be a normal phenomenon.
Eat & Sleep well & stop worrying....it will automatically get back to normal. As long as you stay healthy, where is the worry?
Please go ahead without any fear & do the VISA testing & do drop in a note to say all is well. It will be fine & my gut feeling is that you will be in the clear!
