Brief Answer:
No worries, normal variation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Mild dilation of right temporal horn is an isolated finding and there is nothing to worry about. As it is a normal variation or a sequelae of something benign etiology in the past like meningitis etc, nutshell nothing to worry about. Some times during MRI posture, head is slightly tilted and film gives an erroneous impression of horn bigger than other. There are many people with temporal horn asymmetry even and it is a normal variation and nothing to worry about. Until and unless you have raised intracranial pressure and all four ventricles are enlarged we call trap ventricles, you have nothing to worry about. So far there nothing favouring raised intracranial pressure and i don't see any thing to worry about, you can ignore this finding and stop worrying. It wont affect you now or in future in any way.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
