What Does The Following MRI Test Results Indicate?

Question: Mri findings mean what? I've been suffering from the sensation of having a heavy/dizzy head, sometimes with migraine. I have a huge noise in my right ear, like there is a waterfall inside my head. The only solution is taking a nap. But even then, I always have the feeling in my head like I would when I have a flu; that heavy, foggy, sleepy feeling like I was going to fall asleep. Had a sleep study and narcolepsy was ruled out but I know there is something wrong. I'm not able to work 8 hours a day because of this disorder. I work about 2 hours tops before I have to lay down and nap. If I sit down to work my head falls forward like I'm about to fall asleep. If I'm moving around I'm ok, but the minute I sit down I want to lay down. Re: feeling like I have a flu, I am achy and fatigued most of the time. Have low energy. Can't exercise anymore. This is what the MRI findings are verbatim:
The gray and white matter structures of the brain abnormal signal intensity and contour without focal mass effect, edema or space occupying lesion. There are no ischemic changes nor infarcts nor evidence for demyelinating disease. The ventricles and sulci are normal. There is no cerebral volume loss. The basal ganglia, brainstem and cerebellum are normal. The temporal bones are normal except for a small amount of fluid within the right mastoid tip. The central skull base including the pituitary gland is grossly normal. The cavernous sinus and Meckel's cave appears normal. There are normal flow voids within the major arteries of the skull base, circle of Willis, and dural sinuses. The orbits and paranasal sinuses are normal.
Impression: Normal brain. Trace fluid within the right mastoid tip.

Brief Answer:
MRI-mastoidits
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Your MRI is essentially normal except right mastoiditis. One may develop vertigo /dizzy head and ear noise as fall out of mastoiditis.
Long-term antibiotics may be necessary to completely eradicate the infection. It may be even necessary to perform a mastoidectomy (removal of portion of the mastoid bone),for complete cure.
Migraine problem has to be re-looked ,once mastoidits is addressed adequately. Meanwhile you can continue migraine prophylaxis.
