Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
I have gone through the brain vessels angiography report you have uploaded. This report says that a blood clot has blocked the right internal carotid artery, thus causing the obstruction of blood flow to the part of the brain supplied by that artery. This cut-off of blood supply of this brain part has caused its damage, which has thus presented in the form of stroke.
Hope it helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Is the blockage 100%? What are the chances of of a second stroke? Is there a chance of improvement? is a stunt advised in vessels?
Brief Answer:
Complete blockage.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.
Please find pointwise answers to your queries:
1)Yes,the blockage is 100%,as the report clearly mentions about complete blockage.
2)Once a stroke occurs, risk for further strokes increase. So,risk has definitely increased for future ischemic strokes.
3)Yes,improvement occurs in most of the cases with physiotherapy and proper medicines.
4)No,Stenting is not advised here. The role of stenting is not well established in ischemic strokes unlike myocardial infarction. That too, more than one month has passed-Stenting is out of question, now.
Hope that I have answered your queries. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
