Brief Answer:
Get investigated and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and reports and understand your concerns.
The Mri findings are suggestive of age related brain atrophy. Hypertension also accelerates the process of brain atrophy.
Other causes which can be cured should be evaluated like blood sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin B 12 deficiency.
The headache is probably due to anxiety and tension and drugs are prescribed accordingly.
Blood pressure needs to be managed under 140/90 mm Hg.
Drugs like paroxitine and D venizep to be continued.
Betacap can be stopped as it may lead to some dizziness in some person.
Vertin 16 mg thrice daily can be used for dizziness and vertigo.
Mri spine is good according to this age.
Nothing serious at present.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Hello Sir,

Thank you very much for the quick reply just a couple of queries.

1. So there is nothing that is serious or we should be worried about.
2. Shuld there be any medication that can dessolve the clots or that is already covered in the prescription.

Get investigated as advised and follow up

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Antiplatelet agents like ecospirin can be added if risk of stroke is high which can be assessed after investigation for diabetes and lipid profile.
Reversal in brain changes are less likely but prevention for future can be attained.
Discuss need of ecospirin after investigation.
