Why was the term "questionable" used to describe the interstitial markings and the modularity and what are the implications for long-term challenges or presentations?

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
With "questionable" we mean that the observed findings are related to chest x ray evolution of pneumonia (chest x ray image evolve in 3-4 phases, it's the normal healing process that is manifested on chest x ray) and as a such you shouldn't worry about.
In rare cases this findings may be related to interstitial fibrosis which is a complication of pneumonia. This is why the findings are questable about what they realy represent.
The best thing to do is to follow up with the chest x ray over time.
Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
