What Does The Following Endoscopy Report Indicate?

Question: After an endoscopy, I received a diagnosis of "evidence of GAVE in the antrium. Four biopsies taken" with the advice to follow-up with my PCP and to plan to see the doctor in a year. I feel like that leaves me hanging. No further tests to be sure of what is involved or this a case of wait and see when the biopsies results show up.

Barretts and a Hiatus hernia at GE junction. Endoscopy done because of constant coughing related to my question in August. There is a copy of my records in your system along with previous questions. I will attempt to send pictures later.
This is only test done since testing in May of 2016.

Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
GAVE is a condition which most often remains without causing any symptoms.
But sometimes it may start oozing blood very slowly that over a period of time you develop iron deficiency anemia.
If your hemoglobin and iron levels are low, then you need to discuss with your doctor about treating GAVE with argon plasma coagulation.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
