What Does The Following Follicular Study Report Indicate?
Question: My age is 35 5 mnths before I gotmarried. My periods will be regular this mnth I got periods on 12th I did follicular study on my 10th day follicle dominant Left overiy is 15*10 and 12 day is 14*15 on left ovary right ovary is blank no free fluid in pod. ET is 4.5. And 6.5 still I have to check On 14th day, my ovaries and uterus normal. My question is can I conceive

You have a dominant follicle in left ovary which is still growing and should reach a size of 22x22 mm before it ruptures to ovulate, so you need to continue follow up. The right ovary may be perceived and documented as blank as there may not be any developing follicle or multiple small sub centerimetric follicles below 7mm size and hence not mentioned.
No pod fluid indicates that there has been no ovulation as yet till date on day 12.
Your thyroid TSH levels are high and should be controlled below 5 with thyroxine supplementation to allow better ovulation by ovaries. Also get your fsh, LH and AMH levels to check for ovarian reserve.

Thank u for your reply yesterday I died follicular study was 21*14 and Et is 7.5 again rescan on 27th for rapture is that hood can I conceive

So i would advise that you should start practicing intercourse unprotected with your husband from today and daily. Increased frequency shall improve your chances of conception further.
The chances of successful pregnancy in each natural cycle remains 35-45% so one cannot be sure of conception, but you must try.

Sir todays scan report my follicular got rapture doc told. To participate intercourse for 5 days. If pregnancy is not getting she told try for 4 mnths. My husbands simen is good. Need your suggestion

TRY practicing man on top position and keep a pillow under your waist. Avoid getting up for 15 min post intercourse to allow sperm to liquefy and travel up to the uterine cavity.
