Brief Answer:
Fatty changes in liver may be due to raised triglyceride level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

You findings suggests mildly enlarged liver(hepatomegaly) with mild deposition of fat within liver cells(fatty liver).
Fatty liver and hepatomegaly may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, obesity, alcoholism, metabolic disorder, drug toxicity etc.

Fatty changes in liver may be due to raised triglyceride level in your case.
You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test, urine RE/ME.
Mildly enlarged liver and fatty liver often get reverse with treatment of underlying cause.
You may need tablet fenofibrate 140 mg single dose at night. It will control raised triglyceride level.

You should avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Avoid alcohol if you take it.

Findings also suggest mildly enlarged spleen. It may be due to past malaria, typhoid etc.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
