
What Does The Following Spine MRI Report Indicate?

My mother having lot of problems while walking, sleeping etc, as per MRI WHOLE SPINE REPORT spondylodegenerative changes observed in whole spine, Dr suggested to operate her but practically when I enquire regarding the same many patient having same issues or who already undergone operated advice me that do go for operation because that's not very successful even it may go in worst situation after operation I am attaching reports herewith kindly advice some treatment.

She can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. If she has symptoms of spinal cord compression such as weakness of muscles and numbness then she can be benefitted by decompression operation.
