
What Does The Following Thyroid Function Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hiii, this is XXXX,,
I have done Thyroid function test for my wife .
I want to know about the below report , whether need to any treatment .
Total Triodothyronine(T3) Serum By CLIA result (1.43) reference interval 0.0-1.81
Total Thyroxine (T4) Serum by CLIA result (9.31) reference interval 4.5-10.90
Tyroid stimulation hormone result(1.98) reference interval 0.55-4.78
Now my question is , although all in its normal condition , total thyroxine is slightly near to the upper level ,so shall I need any treatment or any diet routine or what type of food need to avoid or what type of food should to take or what not .
Also another thing it will be any affect for pregnancy or trouble to conceive for baby .
