Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. In a normal intrauterine pregnancy, the blood hCG levels double every 48 hours. Decreased hCG is present in ectopic pregnancy or abortion.
However, your ultrasound shows a pregnancy inside uterus, hence ectopic pregnancy is ruled out. The ultrasound shows a normal intrauterine gestation sac with good decidual reaction, which is a sign of a healthy pregnancy.Sometimes the ovulation is delayed, and hence the conception is delayed, and therefore the gestational age by ultrasound do not corresponds to the gestational age calculated by last menstrual period. Embryonic node usually develops when the gestational sac reaches a size of 18-20 mm. Fetal cardiac activity appears after it. There is no evidence of subchorionic haemorrhage which is bleeding around the sac, which is a good sign.
In short, your ultrasound is completely normal.
I suggest you not to worry and get a repeat ultrasound after2 weeks to assess the fetal well being.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
