Question: i am 56 years, Male. urine culture report RED BLOD CELLS 0-1 H.P.F, PUS CELLS 2-3 H.P.F , EPITELIAL CELSS 1-2/ H.P.G OTHERS ALL ABSENT SPECIFIC GRAVITY 1.1015

thank you very much will get urine culture report after 3 days will sent you again new report but i have some burning sensation at urine time and general as your reply and all other report of MRI and C.T scan and etc all advance report are normal for Cancer but how to stop blood in urine as get some weakness also at the time of sex feel pass to urine so can not do as i take Alcohol some time not every day in limit as my father is also very XXXXXXX Doctor and brother also Doctor but can not discuss so please advice

Microscopic examination of urine does not reveal any Red Blood Cells in urine .

For burning you may take Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with urine alkalizer Citralka thrice daily .
.
Ensure to drink ore water .This will help to reduce dysuria .

a) few pus cell seen
B) no oraganism seen

Culture report
No organisms isolated at the end of 48 hours of incubation at 37 c.

Kindly advice what medicine as have sent other all report

Thank you very much so is not serious matter. Also inhave started medicine as you peiscrible since last 3 days and felling much better than before so is only to take one week or more and ahoud i do again urine routine report to checknfor red cells
