Brief Answer:
Pet scan after 3 months
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through the report.
Standardized Uptake Value( suv max) for liver lesions to be metastatic should be greater than 3.
The new liver lesion on pet scan with suv XXXXXXX 2.8 is a killed metastatic lesion after taking xeloda and you should not worry.
I would advise you to keep the patient under close observation and repeat a PET scan after 3 months.

PleaSe can you see the 2 ct reports . I am
Confussed as to what is new and what not. Radiologost mentions new adrenal nodule but an adrenal nodule
Was also on previous report . Plus this report mentions upper lobe nodule unchanged and previous report mentions no nodule

Brief Answer:
The Adrenal Nodule is probably not a Metastasis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Yes i can see the 2 ct reports.
The new adrenal nodule is a normal physiological phenomenon and is not a metastasis.
There is no change in the size of upper lobe nodule and the disease is under control and only follow up is required at this moment.
If you have no more clarifications then please rate the answer and close the thread.

Sorry last quesion . There seems to be a new lower lobe nodule . We got told
Its 0.5 cm. it mentions a upper lobe one unchanged but if u see the previous ct has no mention of upper lobe anywhere. Could that b a mistake ? Ive attached both ct reports
