What Does The Mammogram Results Indicate?
Question: I had a mammogram and the doctor's office asked me to have an ultrasound. They found what they called a small cyst with a well-defined border (no jagged edges) and a clear image and oval shape. However, with the fluid inside it, they thought that they also say a little bit of debris in the cyst. The doctor and the ultrasound technician didn't feel that a biopsy was needed. I was asked to come back in 6 months. The cyst was not a solid mass. What are your comments about the situation?

There are no proven benefits of taking salt or caffiene out of your diet to reduce breast cyst size.

The material floating inside the cyst are very common in cystic masses as it is the debris from the wall of the cyst due to shedding of the dead cells into cavity.
They are not serious and have no role in diagnosis or treatment plan.
Self remittance means it will go itself by resorption of fluid over a certain period of time.
There are no proven things but definitely wear a loose brassier and a cotton based one so as to keep the area ventilated.
Don't be panicked about it and relax but keep a regular follow up with your doctor as advised.
