What Does The Resting Heart Rate Of 100-125 Indicate?
Question: Hello my resting heart rate is around 100-125 and goes up dramaticly with very little effort like if I do 3 squats it goes up to around 180 and gets higher than 200 a good bit. What could this be?
Brief Answer:
Get your thyroid levels checked.

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. You need to be evaluated clinically. Apparently there is an excess of catecholemines in your body (responsible for the increased heart rate). The cause needs to be evaluated. Your thyroid profile also needs to be checked. Raised thyroid hormones could also give rise to increased heart rate.
Treatment with beta blockers like metoprolol could bring down the heart rate.
Let me know if I could help further.
