Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I need more details to be better able to help you.
-Do you have a thyroid swelling or thyroid surgery done in past?
-Have you done an anti thyroid antibodies?
If you have a simple hypothyroidism you are currently on a slight over dose of medication. While on treatment your TSH has to be between 0.5 and 3. Your TSH is now below that suggesting over dose of Thyronorm.
You have to consult your doctor and consider reducing the dose. The reduced dose depends on history of thyroid surgery, presence of goiter and thyroid antibodies. In my practice I will decrease the dose to 88 mcg if any of this is positive or to 75 mcg if none are.
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you

We didn't have thyroid swelling and never undergone thyroid surgery.
Not done anti thyroid antibody.
Please suggest the appropriate dose of thyronorm tablet, so it can maintain thyroid.

Decrease the dose of thyroxine
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Thanks for the details provided
If I were your treating physician I would have decreased the dose of Thyronorm to 75 mcg in your case.
In HCM we prefer to make guidance for your treatment and not prescription of medication. So kindly consult your doctor before making the dose reduction.

Earlier I was followed to general physician that's why I registered my case to the expert endocrinologist for further follow up. So please advise me exact dose and I am not following any Dr. Right now.

You can take Thyronorm 75 mcg
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
You can take Thyronorm 75 mcg for the next 2 months and follow up with a thyroid function test after 2 months. You have to take the tablets regularly in morning empty stomach. You can take it with water and tea/coffee/food has to be delayed for 1 hr after thyronorm dose.
Hope the answer is clear now.
