What Does The Ultrasound Report After Using Mifepristone Tablet Indicate?

Question: My wife miss her period, she was occur last period on dt 05.01.2015 but this month she has not occur her period we checked by preaga news the test become positive on dt 10.02.2015 my wife take mifepristone 1 tablet and on dt 12.02.2015 she take a tablet of misoprosol after this she occur some amount of bleeding upto 2 days. On dt 17.02.2015 ultrasound has been done by us. Dr tell us that some particle is present in her utres and suggest us for abortion but we are not ready for this.
Kindly suggest us can it removed by medicine

mam one problem is also having my wife has some vomiting problem since she take the medicine what is the cause.

Hello

Vomiting is due to effect of misoprostol tablets she has taken. This will decrease slowly.

If vomiting is more let her have an antacid rantac tablet twice daily. This is a prescription drug. You may want to get it prescribed by her doctor.

Thank you for attaching ultrasound scan report.

Ultrasound scan shows there is gestational sac present in uterus. Means the abortion is not complete yet. i understand you dont wish to go for D&C.

You can try another course of mifepristone and misoprostol combination under your doctor's guidance by increasing dose of misoprostol. This will help in another attempt to remove this sac.
