What Does The Ultrasound Results Indicate?

Question: Hello, i have a cyst in my left ovary. During my check up in May it had shown signs of subsiding (LO size 43 x 31 mm). However, after my ultrasound in XXXXXXX it showed an increase (LO size 61 x 39 mm; 2 cysts reported 23 x 20 mm and 35 x 28 mm).
Brief Answer:
To be very true , it is not a good sign.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
To be very true , it is not a good sign. A growth of almost 1.5 cm in a month is a concerning feature. I would suggest that you get some tumor markers done like CA 125, CEA, Alpha fetoprotein.

Brief Answer:
Need to rule out cancer...
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
A sudden growth is worrying as it CAN be ( not always though) a sign of cancer.
YES surgery is an option to remove the ovary and get treated.
Get the tumor markers first and let me know.
