What Does The Urine Culture Report Suggest?

my child is 9.5 years old and he urinates when he sleep. on advice of doctor we conducted urine culture , random sugar and xrays KUB done. culture and xray report in ok . sugar level is 79 mg/dl.problem is there is ALbumin ++ presents in urine. there is also 1-2 HPF pus and epithilial cells present. his underwear is always soaked with urine and yellow. after he urinates black Big ants appears in toilet bowl. again 24 hours urinary protein test done with 1200 ml volume 19.2mg% with 24 hours urinery protien 230mg%/24 hrs. please tell me what to do. at present dr. prescribed norflox 200 BD and imiperamine 10 MG HS. and to repeat 24 hrs test again after 8 days. reports and prescriptions are attached.

2. Onset of black ants on wet pants
3. His BP. If not measured already, please get his blood pressure checked and report it to me. Also mention if it has been measured using a pediatric cuff or an adult cuff.
4. His blood creatinine level. A urine creatinine level if done would have been further helpful
5. Mention the normal blood parameters too that have been evaluated
6. Any medicines that he is currently on
Based on the answers that you provide, I might ask you to go for a urine protein electrophoresis if I feel that could be required but it is hard to comment as of now.
I am not going into the probable causes as there are several and I do not want to bug you with big names. Let me mention that I am considering a condition called nephritis where the BP is also elevated. If not, I may consider conditions like Bence XXXXXXX proteinuria, Goodpasture syndrome or Hemolytic-uremic syndrome. I would come to the bedwetting separately but that too needs information from you.

My son is bedwetting from birth till now 3 or 4 days in a week. if we awaken and he urinates at 02 hrs we again wet the bed on 4 am and again on 5. 30 am. Some times even in day time sleep. In toilet bowl ,Black Big Ants ( Makoda) are visible only in rainy season from 3 years(Including this one).B.p not measured by the doctor. other tests results will be done after 3-4 days. but please tell me that Nephritis and paraproteinuria are how much fatal and are complete curable or not. what will be the future life if these desease happens.will they affect the kidneys or the damage is already done? will the damage is cureable?
