Brief Answer:
Do not worry so much

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I understand your problem.

A lining of 62 mm is thick, however you have had this issue earlier and it was relieved with a D and C. So it may indicate that you are slightly more prone to develop this, may be due to good endogenous estrogen levels.

Please do not be scared. Most likely this is caused by endometrial hyperplasia or excessive growth of the endometrium. Cancers are very rare.

I am not sure if you are on Hormone replacement therapy. If you are taking estrogens then they are known to cause thick lining, so you may need to stop them until the report is available.

As of now please do not be scared. The commonest cause is endometrial hyperplasia and even if it is cancerous then endometrial cancers are very much localised and do not spread fast. So most women are detected in early stage and cure is possible. However I think that in your case, please do not worry. It may just be cystic hyperplasia.

Hope this was helpful.
Feel free to ask any further queries and I will be happy to help.
