Brief Answer:
You have thickened endometrium.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

Uterus lining is thick,it means combined endometrial thickness of uterus is increased.
It may be due to both reasons, benign or malignant.
Cause of thickened endometrium can only be confirmed by biopsy.Biopsy is also important due to your age.It is important to rule out malignant causes.
In biopsy, small amount of tissue is taken out and it is examined under the microscope.

So,you should go for biopsy. Treatment depend upon clinical findings and biopsy report.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
