Brief Answer:
Full clinical valuation is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query. The data written by you is not sufficient to comment on his medical health. His complete medical history including drug history is needed. I would suggest that in this age group, a person should be clinically investigated regularly. Following investigations are needed :-
1. Complete Lipid profile.
2. Thyroid profile.
3. Kidney Function Test.
4. Liver Function Test.
5. Complete Blood Count.
6. Serum electrolytes.
7. Blood sugar levels.
8. ECG.
His blood pressure is not high. More can be commented after a clinical examination and according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
I would advise that you should get him clinically examined by your doctor for a complete clinical evaluation.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
