Brief Answer:
Can be normal or abnormal, please do echo and discuss with cardiologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
On viewing your ECG I would like to make the following comments.

1. Sinus Arrhythmia
This is a difference in the duration between two consecutive heart beats by more than 10 percent. This can occur due to normal breathing or for no reason at all. Rarely it can be associated with problems related to generation of electrical impulses in the heart.

2. Left Axis Deviation
A left axis deviation in your ECG means that the electrical activity as recorded by placing electrodes on different parts of your body shows a pattern of electrical flow in your heart which is likely indicative of certain heart associated conditions.

The following conditions are routinely associated with left axis deviation in ECG.
Left anterior fascicular block
Left bundle branch block
Left ventricular hypertrophy
Inferior Myocardial infarction
Ventricular ectopy
Paced rhythm
Wolff-Parkinson White syndrome

It can also be seen in many normal people without any specific heart conditions.

It is suggested that you consult a cardiologist and get an echocardiography done and discuss your ECG findings.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
