Brief Answer:
Ischmeic changes seen,see cardilogist urgently.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
I have seen the ECG.
'T' wave inversion can be seen in lead V3 to V6 which might be indicative of underlying coronary artery disease.
It should be confirmed by taking another ECG,stress ECG,2D-echo of heart.
For that,I will advise you to see cardiologist on urgent basis or go to some nearby cardiac hopsital for complete clinical examination and further work up.
