Brief Answer:
You should take medicines and feed your baby.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
This is an important concern. There are different guidelines and practices followed.
The standard guidelines state, that baby should be fed with mother milk to avoid malnutrition. However, baby should be given BCG vaccine immediately after birth, which may help in developing immunity in the baby against the tuberculosis. In your case your child is one and a half year old, so he must have been vaccinated by now.
The good news is that Tubercular Lymphadenitis is claimed to be non contagious. But you have to be sure that you are not suffering from concurrent tuberculosis of any other part of the body, particularly Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
In high risk cases, many doctor's give Rifampicin prophylaxis to the baby also to prevent the transmission.
The anti tubercular drugs are said to be safe in breast feeding and should be started by mother as soon as possible.
These agents are excreted in breast milk at relatively small concentrations.
My personal opinion for you would be to stop breast feeding to your son, as he is already 1 and a half year old.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Do share my opinion with your doctor.
Stay Healthy.
