Brief Answer:
Not conclusive @11days of exposure

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question .I am Dr Matin and will be answering your queries.
HIV-DUO (IV th Generation test) serum CIMA , as its name implies, is a 4th Generation HIV test which tests both antibodies against HIV & antigens(proteins -of HIV -p24) and so is more accurate for diagnosis.
4th generation tests are accurate at 3-4 weeks after exposure, because this is when the p24 antigen becomes high enough to measure but an early negative result at 11 days will have to be confirmed with a second test 90 days after the exposure as by 90 days of exposure it would pick up 99.9% of positive cases (sensitivity)
A negative result @ 11days means that either there are no antibodies (meaning a true negative) or if antibodies have not been formed in adequate quantities to give HIV test positive (false negative) and that is why, another test is done @ 90 days of exposure for final confirmation. as by that time almost antibodies against HIV had formed. So at 11 days this test report is not conclusive
So my advice will to get another test @ 3 months post exposure to be absolutely sure .
I have seen your report it is done here for HIV 2 only and not HIV -1 , which is negative. I wonder why this test was recommended in the first place when you were going for HIV-DUO (IV th Generation test) serum CIMA which tests antibodies and antigens as well .
