Am 29 years old now .
Regards,
XXXX
Most probably left tubal blockage
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The hsg report you have attached shows both fallopian tubes with calcification. Very minimal peritoneal spillage is present on the right side, while no spill is present on left side. It means that the left tube is most probably blocked. Uterus appears normal. Calcification in the tubes is present usually in tuberculosis infection, hence I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and treated.

On the other had another OBGyn says try for 2months and if you fail to be pregnant then will do laproscopy.
and now your are giving me total different picture and talking about tuberculosis infection of which i have zero symptoms
Diagnostic laparoscopy can be done
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for responding. Tuberculosis of the genital tract do not generally have any systemic symptoms like fever, cough etc and usually presents as infertility or scanty flow during menstruation. Calcification in the fallopian tubes is generally found in tuberculosis infection.
A diagnostic laparoscopy can be done to confirm the diagnosis and check the tubal patency and get further management accordingly.
Waiting and trying for spontaneous conception with such a hsg report is not advisable.

will i be fine ..will i b ever pregnant.
No need to be scared
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, You need not be scared as tuberculosis is a bacterial infection which is found in around 40 % of XXXXXXX females suffering from infertility. It is a curable disease and the treatment is by oral drugs.
Chances of conception depends upon the level of damage to tubes and uterus. If spontaneous conception is not possible, then IVF is resorted to.
