Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking question.
I have gone through all the LFT reports that you mentioned.
Here your SGPT (95),SGOT/AST (39) and GGT (70) with ALP (150) values are marginally elevated and will be considered as a clinically normal and it would have no clinical significance in an otherwise healthy individual.
I would not be personally worried about it, since all these are tests highly sensitive liver function tests (LFTs) and they might get easily elevated even with fatty meal or even mild alcohol intake or exercises.
Also, your whole abdomen scan is normal,so I would not think about fatty liver here because of the fact, that even a mild fatty liver (grad-I fatty liver) is also get detected in abdominal ultrasound.
So, do not worry about it and possibly avoid fatty/junk/oily foods further if you take so.
Further,I would suggest you to repeat these tests for SGPT, SGOT, ALP and GGT after 4 weeks on fasting blood sample and most probably they will come down to normal limits.
Meanwhile, you may take tab.Udilive 300 mg twice daily. It is a bile acid, a substance naturally produced by the body and does not have any side effects.
You may also take syrup LIV-52 DS 2TSF daily which is a herbal preparation having hepato-protective property and may be beneficial for you.
Rest of all other reports are completely normal.
Hope this helps.
