Question: Please find my liver function test.
I am 31 week pregnant.
My enzymes are raised and i suffer from severe itching problem.
Can you tell me how critical it is?

It looks like you have intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.
You need to undergo the following tests.

1. Fasting serum bile acid
2. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen

Take T.Udiliv 300 mg 1-0-1 till delivery.

Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy may affect the growing fetus.
Discuss with your obstetrician about the possibility of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and about constant monitoring of the fetus and the righ time of delivery.
