Brief Answer:
IHCP

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The presence of raised liver enzymes during pregnancy with itching indicates IHCP OR INTRAHEPATIC CHOLESTASIS OF PREGNANCY, which can cause deposition of bile salts in the foetus if not cured and can even cause a demise. So UDILIV 300mg may have to be taken three times a day to start with and continued till at least 37 weeks when the delivery should be planned by induction of labour.
The deranged enzymes shall get treated after delivery. But till then management with UDILIV and weekly NST AND AFI should be done with weekly LFT parameters.
Please share your LFT reports as attachments.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have seen the reports.
The reports are not alarming as serum bilirubin levels are normal and SGOT , SGPT, ALK PHOSPHATASE ARE RAISED. So a dose of idiliv 300mg should be started twice a day for a week and then once a day to maintain. The levels of enzymes should reduce in next 1 week but dosage has to be increased, however for itching , you may opt for an antihistaminic like TAB CETRIZINE 5mg twice a day for next 3-5 days. Its safe in third trimester.
