Question: I have completed Liver Function test few results are not normal.. please check the following and advice me if anything wrong with my liver... Thanks

S. Bilirubin (Total) 1.3 mg/dl
S. Bilirubin (Direct) 0.6 mg/dl
S G O T 45 U/L
S G P T 20 U/L
Alkaline Phosphatase 76 U/L
Total Protiens 6.8 gm/dl
Albumin 4.0 gm/dl
Globulin 2.8 gm/dl
Ratio 1.4
Blood Urea 44
Serum Uric Acid 5.8

Your liver function test looks fine.
You can ignore the slight out of range values. (Total bilirubin and AST/SGOT).
Urea is slightly out of range. What is the creatinine level?

Hi,
Thanks for the additional information.
Your creatinine and blood glucose are fine.
Your urea level is above normal which might probably be due to dehydration. Stay well hydrated.
And as I said earlier, you can ignore the slightly out of range SGOT.
