Brief Answer:
A questionable artery wall enlargement.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read the MRA report you uploaded.

There is a small questionable enlargement of the artery wall (middle cerebral artery) found, but not clear evidence about aneurysm.

In my opinion, another MRA after six months should be performed to follow up this finding.

It is not necessary for any surgery or intervention at this moment.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.

Brief Answer:
I don't think you need to worry much more than necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

Since MRI didn't find any subarachnoidal hemorrhage, I don't think you need to worry much more than necessary.

If you suffer from high blood pressure, correct control of it is necessary.

Follow up with imaging in six months is sufficient.

Kind regards.
