What Does This MRI Report For Small Lump In Shin Indicate?

I just had an MRI for a small lump on my shin and these are the results. Can you help translate what thes results actually mean? From my understanding it seems that it is a fatty lump (?) So not harmful?
Also, What does the part mean when is says "recommend clinical correlation. If further evaluation is clinically indicated, MRI with gadolinium may be performed." Is that saying that if that is what the Dr also saw in his exam physical exam of it?
My Dr is away so cant get through to him.
Thx for your help.

Suggests benign collection of fat cells.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The MRI scan is suggestive of a small fat mass with necrosed tissue inside. It is just like a lipoma- a benign swelling. It is a harmless lump. The anterior shin shows evidence of shin splints- an inflammation. Taking rest will help in pain relief.
It is recommended to correlated these findings with clinical examination. In case the swelling is actively increasing in size then a gadolinium scan will help in assessing the vascularity of the swelling.
I hope this answers your query.
