
What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Question: Hi, I had an MRI of my hip yesterday and there are many white areas on the one that hurts that are not on my left hip that does not hurt. What would this mean? Can I upload images?

Small cyst in head of femur may be an incidental finding,it is not expected to cause pain.
There are early degenerative changes in spine.These are expected findings due to aging.

I juat wanted to let you know that in all the reaearch I have done. And in apeaking with an Orthopedix Surgeon, a 1.2 cm cyst on the femoral head / acetabulum can cause horrible pain and requires biopsy and removal. So to say that it is not serious and would not cause pain seems a bit off.
