Brief Answer:
I would like to suggest conservative management

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern; and I would like to suggest that you may go for the conservative management atleast for the one month.

If I were your treating doctor then I would prescribe you :
1. Steroid nasal spray such as Fluticasone furoate.
2. Macrolide antibiotic such as Azithromycin 500 mg Once Daily for next 10 days.
3. Steam inhalation twice a day for atleast five minutes.
4. Systemic nasal decongestant.

Please consult with your ENT specialist for above mentioned medicine as well as for the prescription.

If the condition not improved after one month of treatment then better to go for the Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery.
