Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
BPH is a very commonly encountered problem
Detailed Answer:
Pardon me for the inadvertent delay. The report simply states prostate enlargement. The most common cause of prostate enlargement is benign prostatic hypertrophy (often called BPH). Other causes of prostate enlargement include prostate cancer and prostate infection (prostatitis) and so you would need to visit an urologist and get further evaluation done.

Urine culture is found to be positive with E-Coli, which seems to have changed the direction of further investigation.
Brief Answer:
If it is UTI it needs to be treated with antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
I would need to ask you the colony count of E.coli. Unless it is greater than 1,00,000/cu.mm [i.e. 10^5/cu.mm], it does not count as urinary tract infection. If it does, you would need to be treated with antibiotics. You would also need to drink plenty of water.
