Brief Answer:
Can br normal. CT Scan advised.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again. I have gone through your report. It means that your first rib on the left side is not visualised properly on x ray chest. it can be normal or can be due to cervical rib. Normally ribs are attached to the thoracic vertebrae but in rare instances the first rib can be attached to the cervical vertebrae. Usually it doesnot lead to symptoms and can be neglected , but if you are experiencing symptoms of pain thennyes, CT Scan of chest is advisable . Regards Dr Manisha Jain.
