What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?
Degenerative changes in the spine
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for the query
I have read your query and understood your problem.
Your back Xray seems to have degenerative changes which is common in your age group. Physiotherapy is essential for better relief. This isn't the cause of your symptoms.
The GERD causes the burps and the abnormal stool. Do get an ultrasound abdomen to look if your gall bladder is OK.
It seems plausible that you may be having Vitamin D deficiency.
I would advise you to get a blood test for 25 hydroxy Vitamin D.
This can cause all the mentioned symptoms.
The pain and burning sensation near the thigh is called Meralgia paraesthetica. That happens due to prolonged position of the hip in flexion and due to wearing tight belt.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Dr. Aashish Raghu

CT scan abdomen
Detailed Answer:
You can get a CT scan of the abdomen. This will help to rule out Inflammatory bowel disease.
Pinched nerve usually does not affect abdominal region or the front commonly.
There does not appear to be any problem with the Rectus abdominis or Pelvic floor.
There is a good chance you Hehe Inflammatory bowel disease or Irritable bowel syndrome for such a CT scan can help rule out.
